Retreat Dates

March 17-19, 2017: Final service-based retreat held on the same weekend as our JOURNEY weekends in Goshen, VA.


At the conclusion of your LEAD Four:Twelve experience, students are expected to serve one week as a Junior Staffer with the Jeremiah Project in the summer of 2017.

  • chris meyers

    Chris has his Bachelors degree in Music Education and has been mentoring and teaching guitar lessons to students of all ages for over 10 years. He is currently on staff as the Worship Director for P.i.N (People in Need) ministry. PiN is a local homeless outreach and church that serves and ministers to the poor and displaced in Virginia Beach. In his free time, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, surfing, working out, and running with or walking his dog Lilu.


  • Michelle HEtTMANN

    Michelle is a seminary student at Candler School of Theology. She has explored ministry in the past few years in a variety of ways, including serving as a Calling 21 intern in Lynchburg, a youth ministry intern at her home church in Manassas, and a Connections 21 intern in Glen Allen. She loves to be challenged and loves to meet new people. Michelle is excited to serve the ministry in a new capacity as a Lead Four:Twelve coach!

  • drew ensz

    Drew is a Campus Ministry Director at Arise at George Mason . He graduated from Virginia Tech and then began working with middle and high school students in Gainesville, Virginia. He went back to seminary and graduated from Eastern Mennonite Seminary and went on to serve as an Associate Pastor at Trinity UMC in Smithfield, VA. Drew enjoys time with his wife Catie and their two sons, Josiah and Benjamin. He also enjoys playing video games, reading and outdoor activities.
