  • Saunnie Butts

    Saunnie is the Missions Director at Oak Grove UMC in Chesapeake, VA. She has been working in youth ministry and missions for over 15 years and involved with JP since 2003, serving on staff as Tools Coordinator for the past three years! She has been married to Spence for 31 years, has three amazing adult children and two beautiful grandchildren.  Her idea of real fun is helping young people find their identity in Christ and working to build the Kingdom of God (literally, with a hammer and nails). She is very excited to serve as a LEAD Four:Twelve coach.!

  • Darryl Mccallum

    Darryl is the Youth Pastor at Blacksburg UMC in Blacksburg, Virginia. He has spent most of his adult life investing in the lives of teenagers, and he loves witnessing the lives of young people being changed and transformed. This will be Darryl’s second time as a LEAD coach, and he’s excited about the coming year with a new group of twelve amazing young people. Outside of ministry, Darryl enjoys running, reading, Virginia Tech sports, the outdoors, and a good cup of coffee. Though he serves in various capacities, Darryl’s favorite role is that of being the husband of Kristie and daddy to Grayson and Emery.

  • Kelsey terry

    Kelsey is a Social Work major at James Madison University. She has been working in ministry for the past 6 years and is currently working with the local Cru movement at JMU. She started her involvement with JP in 2009 as a camper and now as Assistant Camp Director and Camp Director. She is engaged to her fiance who are high school sweethearts. Being from Virginia Beach she loves all things related to the beach and is constantly drinking coffee. Her passion is growing and helping other grow in Christ centered leadership.
