2019 LEAD Coaches

  • Matt morgan

After graduating from Wheaton College (IL), Matt spent 6 years in student ministry and leading worship for two Anglican churches in Washington D.C. Along with his wife Teryn (long-time JP Camper) and two little girls Anna Fray and Nora Beth, Matt lives in Richmond where he works full-time as a financial advisor. As able, he enjoys volunteering for Redeemer Anglican (RVA) as a worship leader. Passionate about working with students and "putting faith into practice," Matt looks forward to a great year with the 2019 LEAD 4:12 Cohort!

  • lisa vetter

Lisa Vetter has served the youth group at Gainesville UMC for 11 years. She has really done it all whether it is building relationships with students, assisting with paperwork, planning annual youth events and serving as the Vacation Bible School Youth Director. The part of working with youth that is most meaningful to her is when she builds a connection with the youth so that they come to her as a mentor and a coach. When Lisa is not busy with the youth she loves spending time with her husband Kirk and their two children. Lisa also loves the Washington Redskins, Krispy Kreme doughnuts and NCIS!

  • virginia coldren

Virginia is going to be a Freshman this fall at the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland. She is going in as Undecided but hopes to major in Theatre or Criminology (I know, very different interests!). She is an active member of an on-campus ministry and she is involved in many different clubs. She has lived in Chesapeake, Virginia almost her entire life with her mom, dad, and cat named BB. She is a former LEAD 4:12 student who cannot wait to help future graduates grow in their faith and leadership skills.
