Legacy

LEAD Legacy is offered only to LEAD Four:Twelve graduates. It is a retreat-based experience and takes place in the final two years of high school. The objectives of LEAD Legacy are: 

Objectives

  • To provide ongoing leadership training and formation.
  • To provide opportunities and a setting for students to deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • To equip and encourage students to lead a life that will leave a legacy of faith and leadership that impacts God's kingdom on earth.
  • what's it all about?

    Legacy consists of two annual weekend retreats. Both retreats are independent and designed to stand on it's own.  Students can attend either one, or both. Each student will be assigned a book to read prior to the retreat. After the retreat, LEAD coaches will follow-up with each student with at least one coaching phone call for encouragement, prayer, and accountability.

  • who is leading the retreats?

    Drew Ensz will lead the Legacy retreats and will serve as the primary coach. Drew is a Campus Ministry Director at Arise at George Mason. He graduated from Virginia Tech and then began working with middle and high school students in Gainesville, Virginia. Drew enjoys time with his wife Catie and their two sons, Josiah and Benjamin. An additional male and female coaches will be tapped to serve along with Todd Freneaux.


  • how much will it cost?

    LEAD Legacy is based on a two-retreat experience, with the option to attend one or both retreats. We are pricing LEAD Legacy on a per-retreat basis. Each retreat will be $75.00. This includes all meals, lodging, and program costs.
